What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments, manage work orders, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions, and follow up on estimates.
• Proactively fill the schedule using follow-up strategies and customer outreach.
• Maintain strong communication with our technician team to coordinate jobs.
• Support collections efforts for outstanding balances when needed.
• Assist with ongoing process improvements to enhance customer experience.
